Switch to 'Function' Tab, Type: PlaceHolder Format: Frame then hit 'Insert' button two times 3 Close the 'Fields' dialog 4 Set mouse over the second Frame, 'Frame' dialog appears, set 'Anchor' to 'To page','To character' or 'As character', then 'OK' 5 Pay attention to the second Frame, it is selected, and it must be selected.
