How to reproduce 1 Create a new Writer or Calc document 2 Format - Sytles and Formatting, 'Sytles and Formatting' dialog appears, right_click on any one items and choose 'new' or 'modify', 'Paragraph Sytle' dialog opens 3 Close 'Sytles and Formatting' dialog, and then close 'Paragraph Sytle' dialog Result OOo crashes Expectation If users haven't closed 'Paragraph Sytle' dialog, 'Sytles and Formatting' dialog should be inactive, or there is a much better method to deal with it.
