But I gave the example after understanding all possible program features. The example is given to show you, that the concept of picture positioning needs a control of the relative position between anchor and image. Otherwise users that change the text in a page they always change picture positions. Most times this is not what they want. But picture positioning relative to the page is no solution, as long as they can not fill in pages in front. So let people move the anchors to the top-text or header of the page by pressing Control when moving the anchor.
