SRB 1.0.5
I have a tabular report that I have created.
I have a Report Header with the following properties:
    -Force New Page.....None
    -Keep Together......No
    -Visible............Yes
A Group Header with the following properties:
    -Force New Page.....None
    -Keep Together......No
    -Repeat Section.....Yes
    -Visible............Yes

When I do this I, the Report Header is on the first page by itself. If I change
the Group Header>Repeat Section to No, I have no page break and the Report
Header and Group Header are on the same page. But obviously I don't have the
Group Header on each page, which is what I want. Is this normal behavior or is
it an issue?
