AW: Happens because of fix #i77187# in SdrDragView::BegDragObj which now
abandons drag if object is move or resize protected. And indeed, connectors are
move protected (!) which i did not know and never would have thought. Move
protection happens in SdrEditView::CheckPossibilities() where at the end there
IS special (and very old code) which forces MoveProtection for connected 
connectors!
I now have to speculate why this was ever added (and what happens when removing
it). Move protection and it's implementation is wildly coupled to model
modifications, so there never was a way to differentiate between interactive and
API changes (e.g.), so the most probable reason this was done is to prevent
change e.g. when change is over dialog.
