Copied the switched extended help text to an unswitched invisible extended help
text in CWS hcshared21.
Obviously, the help parser cannot find embedded help texts any more when they
are inside an inline switch construct. See issue 48946 for a related side
effect. Let's hope I need not invest the same effort to provide a workaround for
this defect in tooling as I had to do in 48946!
