This dialog includes the option to perform an online update; even if the online update feature is not installed. There should not be a hint to the online update function if this feature is not installed. Additionally the user should be able to remove this option from future dialogs when opening newer ODF files. The system administrator should be able to deactivate the online update feature globally; even when opening an ODF file in a new format version.
