The editing features need to be enhanced but one thing that could EASILY be done is to make that tiny yellow bar icon BIGGER when someone inserts a NOTE in the document. It's not easy at all to see those tiny bar icons when scanning for notes. It's not always easy to mouse over them either. Better yet, allow me to set the properties of that icon: size, color, blinking, graphic, etc. If I could set those properties, I could see them more easily and I could mouse over them more easily too. STEPS: Insert | Note | enter text | OK. Notice the tiny yellow bar. Us color-blind folks have issues with tiny things like that.
