------- Additional comments from ti...@openoffice.org Mon Jan 12 12:30:46 +0000 2009 ------- In the previous, I forgot to mention that I experienced this behavior in OOo 3.0.0 on windows XP (32-bit), OOO300m9 (Build: 9358). Also, further testing showed that the following procedure is a workaround: Condition: A user dictionary has been set up is added to the list of dictionaries to be used by spell checking. Spellcheck is run, an unknown word is encountered. Step 1: add the word to a user dictionary Step 2: terminate the spell check Step 3: restart the spell check. Result: the word will now be recognised. I have (in the aforementioned version) confirmed that adding the word alone is not sufficient to let the running spell check recognise the word. Spellchecking has to be restarted to let the word be recognised. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
