fixed in CWS dr67 (OOo 3.1)
changes:
- fixed layout/behaviour of sheet tabbar in RTL GUI
- when sheet is set to RTL (regardless of GUI mode), the quick help text showing
the row number while dragging the vertical scrollbar is drawn inside sheet area
now, not outside of application window anymore.
- in RTL GUI, all scrollbars and the tabbar show the correct 3D effect now
(light source coming from the right)
