Issue 96183 has been closed as WONTFIX - see comments of this issue for further details. In the meanwhile, I have found the root causes of this issue: - Wrong API of measure object regarding its attributes "StartPosition" and "EndPosition" - a conversion of the value between the internal used unit and the external provided unit does not take place. - Wrong conversion of the measure object's attributes "StartPosition" and "EndPosition" for the Writer's needs.
