We used to have Ctl+Alt+Up/Down but that didn't suite on every platforms. Then we had Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down but this default is for selectiong paragraph on every platforms. So now Vista has set this shortcut for switching the display orientation and which *only works with specific graphic cards*!
