The AutoText paths set by an extension don't appear to be reloading properly
until after OOo is restarted. As a result of this the AutoText(s) still display
in the dialog after an extension is removed, or if re-installed/updated you get
a double up until OOo is restarted.

For example,

 1. Install the following extension from
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/autotext_emoticons

 2. Install the extension again

 3. open the autotext dialog and you'll see duplicates of "Emoticons"
 4. restart OOo and the duplicate is gone.
