The reason for not being able to select slides in the last row is another one. 
When the mouse comes near the window borders while the selection rectangle is
visible the auto scrolling feature is activated.  This did deactivate the
selection rectangle in some cases and prevented the selection.

Fixed by making the following changes:
- Auto scrolling is not activated when the visible area can not be scrolled
further in one direction, e.g. because the bottom is already visible and
scrolling further down would make no sense.  In the past the scrolling itself
was not done but the selection rectangle was deactivated temporarily as
preparation to the scrolling.
- Slides are selected when they lie only partly in the selection rectangle.
- Fixed repaint problems when selection rectangle is temporarily hidden in
slidesorter::ViewOverlay.
