More details: uppercase indexes sorted by the Perl index file generator of
MyThes can result bad (maybe locale dependent) order for the binary search
algorithm of the thesaurus component. Try LC_ALL=C environment:

cat your.dat | LC_ALL=C ./th_gen_idx.pl >your.idx 

or convert your index file to lowercase (maybe it can result missing synonyms
for uppercase words, maybe not.)
