Logical functions are supposed to accept a semicolon-separated list of terms. 
For example, here is a quote from the docs for the AND function:

   "AND(LogicalValue1; LogicalValue2 ...LogicalValue30)
   LogicalValue1; LogicalValue2 ...LogicalValue30 are conditions to be checked."

However, using semicolons between terms results in Err:508 (Missing bracket)

Commas seem to work, however.  If semicolons are supposed to work then it should
be made so; otherwise the documentation should be fixed to say commas instead.
