Known problem, Vista only, fixed in the Release Candidates of OOo 3.0.1,
duplicate of issue 86933.
Please set as duplicate of 86933 (description is slightly different but the
issue addressed is this one) and recheck in OOo 3.0.1 when it is released next
week.
