When creating an html document, setting a background or picture within the
document leads to temporary path being prepended to the graphic name when using
the view source feature. I tried to delete the extra path, saving, and
switching back and forth several times. The path kept getting prepended. The
only way I could reliably alter the document is to use a text only editor.

Steps to recreate:
1. Create a new html document (with some basic text).
2. Set a background graphic with Format|Page|Background (from any directory
including current).
3. View source.
4. Make any change to source.
5. Save the document.
6. View normal document (The graphic does not display).
7. Return to view source.
8. The background has what appears to be a temp directory path prepended to the
background graphic name.
