With hardware acceleration selected, none of the transitions mentioned above works correctly. If hardware acceleration is not selected, it works properly. System: OOo-Dev300m40 + Win XP SP2 (32bit) Laptop HP Pavilion dv6000 Core Duo 2, 2GHz 4GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400. Driver ver. 86.38 Steps: 1. Create new presentation 2. Add new slide. (You have now empty 2 slides) 3. (This step is just to show the problem more clearly) Choose different backgrounds for each slide. (Right click->slide->page setup->fill->color) 4. In slide 2. Choose "Wipe up" transition. 5. Run the slide show (from the beginning). Result: At the transition from the 1st slide to the 2nd. A narrow strip (about 1/10 of slide width) on the left side of the slide is wiped bottom-up and replaced with black color, at same time any text on the slide is shifted to the right with the same width of that strip.
