The chart was originally created in Microsoft Excel and then copied into Microsoft Word, and then the document was opened and edited in Writer. However I think I later, while trying to fix the problem, copied it in again from Excel, either directly from an open Excel window or by opening the Excel document with Chart -- I am not sure.
