MRU->uwegalle: as you already mentioned in the summary - 3 Problems... referring
to the issue guidelines, please only submit ONE problem per issue!
In this issue, we will focus on the first one you described. For the other ones,
if still reproducible (I could not reproduce with 3.0 and 3.0.1 on WinXP and
WinVista) with OOo 3.0.1 please file new issues. Thanks for your patience.
BTW: there are no green frames in the documents - these are paragraphs having a
border line applied in Format.Paragraph.Border. Neither the Widow/Orphan control
is activated for any of these paragraphs in Format.Paragraph.Text flow.
