Concerning this problem you should be able to reproduce it exactly as I described it by activating Widow/Orphan control for the last paragraph in my test file. The fact that you have different settings for this paragraph is probably due to different settings in our Standard template. I will explicitly set this property in test files in future. I deactivated Widow/Orphan control and got exactly the same behaviour as you described it.
