When I try to install an extension I get an error message which say :
"bad tranfer url".
The file ~/.openoffice.org/3/user/uno_packages/cache/log.txt contain entry :

I get this bug, for instance when I try to install the french dictionnary :
/usr/local/openoffice.org-3.0.0/openoffice.org3/share/extension/install/dict-fr.oxt
. But I get the same error with other extensions.
This is on OOO 3.0.0 on FreeBSD version 7.1, and on version
fr-openoffice.org-3.2.20090131. This bug is the same than 82690 which has been
closed by mistake.
I put a high priority because as the dictionnary has to be installed as an
extension, OOO become unusable for a non-english user.
