2009 -------
This issue is twofold. The file format in question is the old
non-standardized Excel 2003 XML.

1. When loading the file created with Excel, it appears that there's
some conversion error from R[1]C[1] notation to OOo A1 notation.

2. Writing this file format writes the ODF 'of' namespace and syntax,
and of course Excel doesn't know that.

Upstream OOo doesn't write that file format at all, it appears to be
a go-oo extension, therefor I'll close this issue. Notifying kohei.
