How to reproduce:
- create few headings and mark them with "Heading *" styles
- Tools -> Outline numbering ... -> number them
- insert Table of Contents
- save document as test.odt
- save as document as test.sxw
- close all saved documents
- reopen test.sxw, everything is OK
- reopen test.odt and you'll see that:
o TOC numbering is OK
o Headings numbering is lost - go to the Tools -> Outline numbering ...
and you'll see, that the 'Outline numbering' is configured properly,
so it's enough to hit OK button to get numbering back
