User es changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution| |INVALID -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from e...@openoffice.org Wed Feb 4 10:02:17 +0000 2009 ------- Arguments against this: - Examples like F5, F11 or Ctrl+F are reserved shortcut that only call those panels/dialogs -> they cannot interfere with other functions in the software having the same shortcut (unlike mnemonics in a dialog, using Alt+letter) - Those pane/dialogs work like a toggle ON/OFF - For usability and further more accessibility reasons it is needed be able to open and close those dialogs easily with the keyboard when the focus/cursor is not in them. Without those toggle shortcuts the way to close them would be unusable.
