Open a new spreadsheet,open the function wizard, choose a function (e.g. ABS),
click on NEXT, enter a valid parameter (e.g. 1) and press OK. If you now try to
select a whole column or row by clicking on the header, the column or row is not
selected (no colorchange) and it is also impossible to change the width/height
of the row/column by mouse.
