------- Additional comments from bpor...@openoffice.org Sun Feb 8 07:11:41 +0000 2009 ------- in 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 on Mac OS X, several situations can cause text selection to get confused - the selected text renders as a bitmap of a different part of the document. This can occur both after certain selection events and doing a find for a period of time. The only way to resolve is to quit OO altogether and re-open the document. This is mostly caused by doing a series of scrolling around using the trackpad then clicking on a location and selecting using the keyboard for me. The most reproducible behavior seems to be when you use the keyboard to continue selecting words (alt-cmd-arrow) until you go past a note added at the end of a paragraph. Further selections will work, but will not render any black text box. Scrolling can then cause the wrong bitmaps to occur. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
