- make a new Base project, with 2 or more tables
- open the relation window, insert 2 tables
- add a relation between tables
- save this relations (the icon save is now disables)
- edit the relation (RMB - pop-up menu - edit)
- change the standard "Update" or "Delete" action, as Example to Cascade or Zero
  press OK-Button
- into the main relation window no changes checked and the "Save" icon is
disabled, when I close the window no question "Save Changes" or some else
- after open the relation window again, no relation are changed

> work around: moving a table box a little, the relations is set dirty, the
"Save" icon is now visible and the changed relation can be save
