Crtl+I works for italics and Ctrl+U for underlining, Ctrl+B doesn't.
This shortcut instead is associated with the "justified" alignment (hope it's
the right word for it).
I don't understand why this association has been changed

I classify this as P4 because there's an easy "workaround", perhaps should be P3
for the frequency of use of this shortcut
