Scenario: 1. Have two OO windows up (I had a Writer and Draw window up) with documents 2. Focus one of them 3. Move the mouse to the other window 4. Scroll with the mouse wheel Expected - nothing, since the window the cursor is in is not in focus Actual - the focused window scrolls. I don't see why an area the cursor is not in should scroll at all.
