In normal UI Save Progress Bar appears in wrong place and leaves artifacts on
the screen. This issue is new to 1.9.79 as I have not experienced it in the
past.

It is about 250 pixels higher then the status bar on a 1400*900 screen. This
draws the save progress bar over the live document, leaving artifacts that will
disappear upon moving the document. The rest of the UI keeps the artifacts,
however.

I wish I could send a screen shot or video of the activity as an aid to the
reader, but I don't seem to be able to attach files to the bug submission.

The file was originally a very small plain-text file saved into a Writer format
file.

Graphics card is ATI Radeon 9700. Newest available drivers as of this writing.
