same for insert as "unformated text".
One more of unwanted "number recognition".
For a German local the dot is a thousands separator. If the last part has three
digits, it can be a number and is therefore inserted as number. OOo hat no
defect here, but the "number recognition" works as designed.
Workarounds:
In csv import dialog set column style to "text".
Format the cell as "text" before inserting.
Format the cell to English(UK), which has a comma as thousands separator.
Of cause one might propose to change the behavior of "number recognition" in
general. But that would also cover the problem of date recognition and therefore
I think, that it would need an issue for its own and should be discussed well in
the appropriate mailing lists before.
