This issue is exactly the same as issue 67134 (http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=67134) which was closed as a duplicate of issue 1035 (http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1035). Issue 1035 is indeed fixed for Windows (this particular issue is about Windows OS), but not for other OSs (issue 67134 is for all OSs).
