------- Additional comments from yanmin...@openoffice.org Wed Feb 18 02:58:17 +0000 2009 ------- Created an attachment (id=60268) On windows, the Arabic character is always at the left of English letters in editfield because the dialog direction is left-to-right with English UI, no matter the bidi text in sw is left-to-right or right-to-left. I think that is the correct behavior. On windows, before reseting the visual order by bidi-algrithm, Unscribe divides a sequence of bidi chracters into runs each of which only contains characters in single language. However, on linux, icu bidi-algrithm reorders the sequence of characters as a whole without considering the GUI direction by the parameter UBIDI_DEFAULT_LTR. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
