I can reproduce the crash in the mentioned version.
In the latest internal version (m91) There is no crash any time longer but the
slide with the visio object will not be shown in the running presentation.
Everything looks greate in cws presfixes03 . Could you set this issue as
duplicate to the issue which fix this bug in Presfixes03?
