Nsis supports "Serbian" and "SerbianLatin", therefore we can fix this task. It
only requires two additional rows in solenv/bin/modules/installer/download.pm in
function nsis_language_converter.
sr has to be assigned to "SerbianLatin" and sh to "Serbian".
I will try to include this in cws localization35.
