2009 -------
Adding issue 97032 "no .lck file created anymore when connecting to an embedded
HSQLDB".
This issue was fixed in CWS dba31h (and indeed it *was* fixed there, as I just
verified in my installation set), but still appears in OO310.m2 (where CWS
dba31h_OOO310 has been integrated). Quite frightening.
