In En, De, Fr, Es and It, button "Chapter number" in Insert Index/Table dialog
has an abbreviated caption ("Chapter no." for English, "Kapitelnr." for German
etc.). This is needed also for PtBr where the current translation is not
abbreviated and the string does not fit to the button.

Insert -> Indexes and Tables -> Indexes and Tables -> tab Entries
