It has to be rebuild from scratch every time. Applying a slide-design to a Slide Master does not work. Request 1: Enable copy-pasting of list styles in Slide Masters Request 2: Create list style formatting similar to Writer (unlink it from the Slide Masters) My guess is that enabling copy-pasting for Slide Masters would be easier. My choice would still be Request 2.
