I still have this trouble quite often. I like to add, that it seems not to be
buggy when closing a file or
finally quitting OO, but already before.
I noticed, that sometimes after loading many larger documents, it takes some
time to be ready again, if I
switch to another document (by opening the other window in OO, all documents
are still loaded). If OS X
shows me the colourful round "ball", I have to wait. It seems, that it is this
moment, that OO is buggy,
because if this happens, after the next start of OO, the faulty recovery dialog
appears.
Please try to have a look at this again.
PS: I returned from OO 3.01 to 3.00, because 3.01 is messy to work with ... Its
quality reminds me of
vendor ... ;-)
