[Steps]
1. Create a Writer doc.
2. "Ctrl + F12", press OK button on "Insert Dialog" button.
3. Put the cursor under the table, and type in some words.
4. "Ctrl + A"

[Result]
Only the table has been selected.

[Expectation]
The text that under the table can be selected by "Ctrl + A".

[Addition]
This problem only takes place when the table is at top of the doc.
