Crtl+I works for italics, Crtl+U works for underlining, but Ctrl+B doesn't bold
the text. There is one more related issue in open office that talks about the
same problem.
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=95083
The open office documentation on the keyboard shortcuts also specified the
expected behaviour for Ctrl+B
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/userguide3/0115GS3-
KeyboardShortcuts.pdf
page 6.
Steps:
1.Create new open office impress file.
2.type text on the slides (plain not bold)
3.select the text and press Ctrl+B
Result: text doesn't change to bold.
