(Further, my understanding is that (a) --dynamic-list-cpp-new is only really needed for the executables that actually define new/delete functions by including libsalcpprt.a, and (b) --dynamic-list-cpp-typeinfo is only meaningful in combination with -Bsymbolic, not -Bsymbolic-functions, as the relevant symbols denote data, not functions.
