I cannot tell. Open Office suspected because this notice appears when I try to start Photo Finale: "Executable 'C:\Program Files\Photo Finale Viewer\Photo Finale.exe' had the following unrecoverable error: Couldn't find library MSVCR90.dll (required by C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 3\Basis\program\shlxthdl\shlxthdl.dll) Please ensure that it is installed." Other notice when starting PhotoStudio2000: "The application or DLL C:\Program Files\ArcSoft\My Photo Center\Photo Studio\JPEGLib.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette." I did not find anything in the Issue Tracker. I made a PDF of the two screens, but see no way to attach it to this request. Sorry, I am a neophyte and didn't know which subcomponent to check above.
