This behaviour makes it mandatory to use the mouse to close that toolbar This is most annoying and makes numbered lists practically unusable. If you are editing text that has multiple paragraphs (some numbered, other un-numbered) it makes the user repeatedly leave the keyboard, grab the mouse, close the dialog, back to text, and so forth and so on.
