Took the attached PenOfficeTest.zip to build Release\PenOfficeTest.exe (adding appropriate OOo SDK header and library search directories and adding a dependency on icppuhelper.lib). Installed OOo DEV300m43 wntmsci12.pro on a Vista 64bit machine (at default C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice.org 3).
