------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Apr 7 04:38:17 -0700 2005 ------- If you have a manual page break, once a line-break (or new paragraph) exists between the top of the page and a table, it is impossible to remove that line. For example, if you create a table at the very top of a page, you can add a line-break between the table and the top of the page by entering <Return> in the top-left cell of the table. However, you cannot perform the logical reverse of this operation: it's not possible to select the <return> character immediately before the table, to delete it. The best one can do is select the entire table and drag-n-drop it to the top of the page. However, this alway duplicates the table, rather than simply moving it, so the use still need to delete the extra table. In fact, this operation is also error-prone: the new table has an identical name to the old one (this shouldn't be allowed surely?) and although the table structure is copied, the table contents are moved (i.e. the old table contents are removed). I'll attach a simple .odt doc to illustrate.
