I can confirm this. When applying "English (South Africa)" as language there are
many words which are recognized as misspelled. You can easily test this with our
"Dummy text". There are words like "steps" or "waiting" which are marked 
misspelled.
It looks that the spellcheck is not able to handle plurals (see issue 95189), no
conjugated verbs (waiting, enabled, prayed) and no adverbs (heavily, suddenly).
Also it looks that combined nouns are not recognized (warehouse, sidewalk).
This all works correctly with "English (USA)".

I am not this firm with lingu issues. Thanks!
