------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Apr 7 06:33:15 -0700 2005 ------- When exporting a document test.odt as a PDF file test.pdf if that PDF document can not be written to, the original document test.odt can not be saved any more either (General i/o error). To reproduce the problem: 1. Create a new file test.odt 2. Input some text and save. 3. Click export to pdf icon. Export as test.pdf. 4. Open Acrobat reader to view and write-protect test.pdf 5. Make arbitray changes within test.odt 6. Click export to pdf icon again. Export as test.pdf. ==> Error Message: "Error Saving Document test.odt access to test.pdf was denied." 7. Click OK. ==> Next Error Message. "Error Saving document: test.odt general i/o error". 8. Click OK. 10. Click the save button to save test.odt. ==> Error Message "Error Saving document: test.odt general i/o error". In this scenario it has become impossible to save changes to the original test.odt file which at no times has been write-protected. Every time one tries to save test.odt, the general i/o error occurs. Problem occured on WinXP, with OOo 2.0 Beta. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
